Two-time Glenfiddich Champion and Highland Society of London Gold Medallist Finlay Johnston has been appointed as Principal Study Tutor for the Bachelor of Traditional Music (Piping) degree program at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and National Piping Centre. Johnston succeeds legendary piper Willie McCallum, who is retiring from the role after a decade of teaching. The appointment will see Johnston mentor senior students while bringing his extensive performance experience and expertise to the next generation of leading pipers. Read more here.
