The North Shore Pipe Band, Port Dover, Ontario serves Norfolk County with three core objectives:
Community Service: To actively assist local service clubs and non-profit groups by providing band performances for their various ceremonies, memorials, parades, and community events.
Musical Excellence & Representation: To achieve the highest level of performance in Scottish music and act as ambassadors for our region.
Youth Development: To offer instruction in Scottish music to young people, regardless of their current skill level, and provide them with rewarding opportunities to perform with the band.

About the North Shore Highlanders
The North Shore Highlanders is a community organization. Our mandate is to provide instruction in Scottish music to young people of any skill level, giving them the opportunity to play with the band. We teach youth how to act as ambassadors for Canada, the province of Ontario, Norfolk County and Port Dover. We strive to educate on the importance of giving back to the community by assisting local service clubs and non-profit groups with various ceremonies, memorials, parades, and events through band performances.
